A certified leadership coach and motivation analyst, Miranda has been advising clients on communication and behavior strategies for over two decades. As managing partner at Brand Integrity, Miranda designed brand engagement measures and built experiences that increase customer loyalty and profitability.

Miranda has facilitated dozens of workshops, focus groups and interviews, and regularly presents on communication-related topics at universities and high profile organizations. An expert on gender issues and women in leadership, Miranda edits and writes for Gannett’s Women at Work column in the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.

She serves on the board of the Rochester Women’s Network and provides extensive pro bono services for women in need.
